‘Working Well’
for hybrid teams

Working Well for Hybrid Teams - Flexibility Works

Hybrid working is here to stay. And while it offers many opportunities, it’s still our biggest change to working patterns in over a century. Any organisation that wants to make a success of hybrid will undoubtedly face challenges – often around communication, connection and staff wellbeing – and these need to be overcome to unlock the benefits hybrid can deliver.

We have developed a half-day workshop, called ‘Working Well’ for hybrid teams to help address these challenges, and ensure hybrid working continues to work well for your people and your organisation in the long term.

Our workshop is also a great opportunity to bring your teams together to learn with each other and even have some fun (strong word for training but we’re confident!). It’s a positive, wellbeing-boosting, communication-improving dose of connection in itself.

When you get hybrid right, it can lead to improved productivity and staff retention, as well as better wellbeing for workers and a reduced carbon footprint, which is good for the environment too. What’s not to like?

In our workshop, you will explore:

Z
The importance of being connected with colleagues (online AND in-person) and discuss activities and approaches that can strengthen team relationships
Z
Personal working styles and communication preferences, as well as those of colleagues, to see when the team works and communicates well, and when it could be improved
Z
What practical things you can put in place to support good hybrid working

Follow-on Training Videos (coming soon)
