FlexReady: Return to Work Workshop

Overview

This workshop is particularly beneficial as part of broader ‘Returners’ or ‘Employability’ Programme, addressing a critical need for flexibility in today’s job market. (Typically we partner with an employability organisation or returners programme to run this session.)

Who Should Attend

This workshop is for individuals seeking to find out more about flexible working and how to find and negotiate a flexible job. It is especially relevant for those returning to work after a break, including women returners, as well as people needing flexible work due to reasons such as disability, mental health, wellbeing, or caregiving responsibilities. The workshop can be tailored to groups both closer to employment and those slightly further away.
