Flexible working has never been more in the spotlight than now. COVID-19 has moved flexible working into the fast lane, with more employees and employers realising the benefits. We want to shine a light on the work that organisations and individuals have been doing to increase the access and equality of flex.
We celebrate the organisations and individuals at the forefront of the Scottish flexible working movement with Scotland’s Flexible Working Awards, crowning 10 businesses as Scotland’s Top 10 Flexible Employers. We also recognise individuals who are doing great work in promoting flexible working.
