Our half-day Flexible Working Workshop provides a fast, practical way to support your managers in leading flexible teams effectively.

Flexible working isn’t just a ‘nice to have’ for workers, it can significantly improve recruitment and retention for employers. In this training session, managers will:

Interactive and practical, our training workshop briefly covers employers’ new obligations under the UK’s new flexible working law. But it offers much more than just understanding the rules; it’s about turning flexible working into a recruitment and retention superpower to give your organisation a competitive edge.

Our workshop also gives your managers time and space to be together in-person in a relaxed environment, sharing their own experiences while enhancing their knowledge and skills.

Who’s the workshop for?

The session is designed for anyone with some experience of managing and/or recruiting people, and is suitable for managers in all sectors and organisational sizes. Up to 15 managers can attend at a time.

How long does it take?

Each workshop is designed collaboratively with you and takes approximately 3 hours, perfect for tagging on to an existing team activity.

Where does the workshop take place?

We come to you and deliver the workshop in-person at your premises.

How much does it cost?
