About the Role
Due to a recent successful funding application with ‘Paths for All’, Flexibility Works are looking to recruit an experienced Learning & Development Lead to design, create and take leadership for our ‘People Planet Productivity’ pilot programme.
You will be responsible for designing and piloting a programme for Line Managers to help them successfully embed hybrid and flexible working within their teams and wider workplace. You will also design and pilot a programme aimed at employees, to give them tools to work productively and stay healthy and connected in a hybrid/flexible working environment.
