Flexibility Works join the Living Wage movement
We are delighted to announce that we are now officially a Living Wage accredited employer!
This is a commitment to see everyone working in the Flexibility Works team will receive a minimum hourly wage of £9.50. The real Living Wage is an hourly rate that is set independently and updated annually. It is also calculated according to the real costs of living.
Flexibility Works are now part of over 1900 Scottish employers who want to go further and ensure that everyone can earn a decent standard of living.

That's why we are big supporters of the Living Wage movement and pay all our team at least the Living Wage. We are delighted to be officially part of this movement for a fairer Scotland."
