It's a busy day here at Flexibility Works as we launch our newest piece of research into flexible working pre-Covid and during Covid in Scotland.

We spoke to over a thousand employees and listened to the views of over 200 business leaders and pulled together their views on how Scotland can have a more flexible working future.
