Terms & Conditions Scotland’s Flexible Working Awards 2022

General Information

  1. The organisation running the Awards is: Flexibility Works, a company Limited by Guarantee (SC648258) and a Charity registered in Scotland (SC050179). Registered address: 15 Turnberry Road, Glasgow, G11-5AG
  2. Throughout these terms and conditions, ‘Entrant’ refers to the organisation who submits the awards application form online.

Entry & Criteria

  1. The Awards are open to any size of business which has a workforce in Scotland.
  2. Entrants will be shortlisted alongside similarly experienced organisations. The three categories available to enter are;
    • Newfound Flexers – organisations who are new to the journey of flexible working and have only been working on it for the past 1-2 years
    • Flexperts – organisations who are more established on their flexible working journey and have been offering some form of flex for 3+ years
    • Flex Influencers – individuals who have championed flexible working. This can be within their organisation or an advocate in the space of flex
  3. To enter: you access the form via the Flexibility Works website: https://www.flexibilityworks.org/flexible-working-awards/
  4. The closing date for entries is Friday 15th January 2022

The entrant agrees that by submitting this application, they are in good faith, presenting a true and honest reflection of their company culture.

  1. Scotland’s Flexible Working Awards will be announced on Thursday 24th March 2022.
  2. Entry to the Awards is free
  3. All award entries will receive an email confirmation that their entry has been received

Your information

When you enter the Flexibility Works Awards, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Flexibility Works will process the information provided in the entry form, including any personal data, for the purposes of the Awards only
  2. Flexibility Works reserves the right to write and publish a case study of Scotland’s Flexible Working Awards, based on the entry form information. Prior approval of the case study will be given by the Entrant. Case studies will be made available on the Flexibility Works website.
  3. Flexibility Works reserves the right to publish the list of Scotland’s Flexible Working Awards in our media partner, any other media and including social media.
  4. Should the Entrant be included in Scotland’s Flexible Working Awards winners, the entrant gives authorisation for the use of the case study, for Awards promotional purposes, across all media.

Judging Process

  1. Flexibility Works will shortlist all entries
  2. Scotland’s Flexible Working Awards will be decided by an independent judging panel (more info can be found on the website)
  3. Winners will be announced on 25th March 2021 at a virtual online event
  4. The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into
